JP Morgan Case Study
JP Morgan expanded its Glasgow based European Technology Centre involving the creation of 150 new jobs for highly skilled software engineers.

Lloyds TSB Case Study
Lloyds TSB were looking for a base to start a new 24 hour, seven-days-a-week telephony operation. The contact centre now employs over 1,100 people.

Direct Line Case Study
As Direct Line has grown, much of the expansion has taken place in Glasgow – largely due to the availability of high quality staff and low levels of attrition.
Many of the company’s new ideas and processes undergo trials in Glasgow before being launched across the UK – testament to the strong work ethic Direct Line has found in the city.
