Two key employers in Glasgow's IFSD have recently
moved from their existing Glasgow offices to two of the city
centre's most prestigious new office buildings.
FDM Group Glasgow, the
global professional services provider with a focus on IT, has now
moved to a new state-of-the-art centre located at 1 West Regent Street.
Set in the heart of the city centre, the company is expanding its
footprint to meet growing client demand. Taking up over 13,000 sq
ft across the entire sixth floor, the new, flexible working space
at 1 West Regent Street increases the company's training capacity,
providing over 100 training seats.
FDM Group is the UK's leading IT graduate employer. With over
130 clients worldwide, the company's programme gives university
graduates and ex-Forces personnel award-winning business and
technical training in core disciplines.
And, Deloitte
has launched its new office in Glasgow at 110 Queen Street, which
will house 240 staff across 18,280 sq ft.
Douglas Farish, senior partner at the firm's Glasgow office,
said the move from its previous base on George Square represented
"a significant investment in our Scottish operation and a strong
commitment to not only the city, but Scotland as a whole".
