Digital technology specialist Incremental Group has secured £500,000 of Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) support from Scottish Enterprise, helping it to create 48 new jobs in Glasgow over the next 12 months.

From its base at the Tontine Innovation Centre, Incremental Group has ambitions to grow to 180 employees, generating annual revenues approaching £20m across the UK within three years. They plan to recruit multi-skilled digital technologists including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure Engineers and Project Managers.

The company provides a range of digital technology services including enterprise systems, infrastructure, consultancy and analytics to government and industry in Scotland and across the UK. Adding to a strong client base in oil and gas, manufacturing and the public sector, the company is now looking to expand in Financial Services and the larger corporate market overall.

Incremental Group CEO, Neil Logan (pictured), said: "Glasgow is a great place to be for digital talent.  I believe individuals will be attracted to an ambitious, entrepreneurial business on a mission to do things differently and help transform the way organisations operate".

At the end of last year, Incremental Group announced financial backing from Maven Capital Partners and the Scottish Investment Bank.
