George House Secures Another High Profile Occupier

26 Sep 2014

A prominent letting at George House to law firm Anderson Strathern has been announced by CBRE, on behalf of landlord Redevco.

Overlooking George Square, the third floor 6,000 sq ft unit has been taken by the new occupiers on a ten year lease.

George House has a BREEAM 'Excellent' accreditation, an EPC 'B' rating and is located a short walk from Queen Street Station and Buchanan Street Subway.  The six storey office was refurbished in 2012 and comprises two interconnected buildings, a landscaped central courtyard and secure covered parking.

Andrew Lothian, managing partner at Anderson Strathern, said: "This has been a great move for the firm. It was important to us to remain in the heart of the city centre and you can't get more central than George Square. Our new offices at George House are perfectly suited to our needs, with flexible office space allowing room for expansion."

Andrew Foulds at Redevco said: "We are pleased to welcome such a prestigious name as Anderson Strathern into our strong list of occupiers within George House.  I'm confident the firm will benefit greatly from its new premises."

CBRE and DTZ acted on behalf of Redevco, while Montagu Evans represented Anderson Strathern.
