A prominent letting at George House to law

Strathern has been announced by CBRE, on behalf of landlord
Redevco.
Overlooking George Square, the third floor 6,000 sq ft unit has
been taken by the new occupiers on a ten year lease.
George House has a BREEAM 'Excellent' accreditation, an EPC 'B'
rating and is located a short walk from Queen Street Station and
Buchanan Street Subway. The six storey office was refurbished
in 2012 and comprises two interconnected buildings, a landscaped
central courtyard and secure covered parking.
