Major Refurbishment Started on Landmark Office

NFU Mutual is to transform a landmark office development in Glasgow's IFSD, through a £5.5million refurbishment.

On completion in December 2017, 191 West George Street will deliver 87,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over six levels, with large, virtually column-free floorplates ranging from 10,601 - 15,031 sq ft.

It occupies a highly visible position on the corner of West George and Wellington Streets.  Its users will benefit from being close to major public transport links and main retail thoroughfares.

The refurbishment includes a stunning new double height spacious entrance foyer and soft spots, allowing tenants located on two or more floors to create a private internal staircase between floors. It also includes 39 parking spaces, 50 cycle racks and has an abundance of sports style changing rooms.
