Pensions Firm Expands in Glasgow

28 May 2015

Glasgow-based pension consultants and actuaries, Spence & Partners and its sister firms Dalriada Trustees Limited and Veratta have moved their Glasgow operation to the city's Culzean Building.

Following business expansion and growing staff numbers, they have re-located from West Regent Street, to the 4,700 square foot 6th floor of the historic building, at the junction of Renfield and St Vincent Streets in Glasgow's IFSD.

Spence & Partners is a UK firm of actuaries, pension consultants, pension scheme IT specialists and administrators, operating across the UK from offices in Glasgow, London, Belfast and Bristol.

The firm specialises in advising on and managing final salary pension schemes (including the provision of the services of a Scheme Actuary) and acts as a provider of actuarial advice to employers, trustees, pension plan members and professional advisers. It is also a leading provider of pensions data audit and pensions benefit audit services for scheme trustees with significant expertise in remedial pension scheme data work.

Featuring a distinctive facade, the Culzean Building is a traditional sandstone building, comprehensively refurbished to provide 18,985 sq ft of quality office accommodation. Letting agents for the building are Ryden and DTZ.
