The brand new inovo building in Glasgow has won the British
Council for Offices (BCO) Commercial Workplace Award for
Scotland.
This prestigious accolade recognises an outstanding new building
developed on a speculative basis for commercial letting.
Previous winners include three IFSD landmark office
developments; G1, 141 Bothwell Street and Aurora,
Completed last year, Scottish Enterprise's 42,000 sq ft Grade
A inovo building is
already almost 50% let. Located in Glasgow's George Street, it is
the first development in the International Technology and Renewable
Energy Zone (ITREZ). Current tenants include Catapult, CENSIS,
Taylor Hopkinson, Sgurr Energy, Green Marine and Linknode.

Inovo is the first building in Glasgow to offer an 'A' Energy
Performance Certificate (EPC) rating. There is a total of 23,000 sq
ft available with rents at £22.50 per sq ft for best in class
space.
