A contemporary refurbishment of Atlantic Quay 3 in the IFSD
is under way by Moorfield Group and Resonance Capital, the asset
managers of Atlantic Quay Buildings 1, 2 and 3.
Offering first class views over Glasgow's River Clyde, Atlantic
Quay 3 is undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment to "Grade
A" specification, comprising 79,500 sq.ft. of open plan office
space over its basement, ground and six upper floors. With rents
from £24 per sq ft., each floor is flooded with natural light and
the building will offer flexible floor plates.
