HEROtsc Moves In To IFSD

HEROtsc, one of the UK's leading outsourced contact centre companies, confirmed this month they are opening a customer management centre at Atlantic Quay in the IFSD to provide sales and service support to Sky.

The company has leased three floors at 6 Atlantic Quay to accommodate the staff expected to be working on the Sky account in Glasgow.

Chief Executive David Turner said: "Overall, we are delighted to have underlined our strengthening relationship with Sky. Glasgow will be the fourth HEROtsc centre dedicated to the Sky account, joining Falkirk, Greenock and our recently opened facility in Derby.

"Our long-term strategic partnership with Sky underlines the company's growing strength in the UK customer management sector."

HEROtsc currently has around 4500 employees over its UK network with just under 2500 at its Scottish sites.

The company is a member of the $4.2 billion Hero Group, one of the top 15 Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) suppliers in the world, employing over 30,000 people across 23 companies.
