An £8.5m refurbishment of 151/155 Vincent
Street, Glasgow, has been completed by Hermes Real Estate
Investment Management Limited, on behalf of the British Telecom
Pension Scheme.
The refurbishment saw the building totally stripped back to its
structural frame behind its original façade. Designed with the
needs of corporate occupiers in mind, 151/155 Vincent Street now
offers 72,000 square feet of flexible, environmentally friendly,
energy efficient high specification space. Importantly, the
refurbishment has been delivered to provide direct disabled access
to the building.
Ian Cody, Senior Asset Manager at Hermes Real Estate Investment
Management Limited commented: "We are firmly committed to
investment in Scotland; we see important opportunities here.
"We anticipate that the completed space now on offer at Vincent
Street will generate significant interest"
Letting agents for 151-155 St Vincent St are Jones Lang LaSalle
and CBRE.
