IFSDG: How long have you worked at Claims Equilibrium Club?
Christine: 2 months. Bit of a change of
direction for me from broking to the claims side of the industry
but have enjoyed every minute so far. My experience
within the broking environment ensures I understand what broker
clients are looking for….

IFSDG: What is your vision for Claims
Equilibrium Club in Glasgow?
Christine: To be regarded as the
preferred partner for the UK Broking community in a Claims
Consultancy Service position.
IFSDG: What's a typical day for you?
Christine: Every day is completely
different!. I am touring the UK at the moment meeting up with old
contacts and existing clients of CEC, completing fact finds,
investigating ways to improve our service and introducing our
fantastic service to new clients. The most settled day I have at
the moment is Friday, as it's office pizza day mmm
IFSDG: How many emails do you receive on
an average day?
Christine: Enough to keep me busy and
increasing by the day.
IFSDG: Why did Claims Equilibrium Club
choose to locate in the IFSD in Glasgow?
Christine: Access to driven, talented
individuals on your door step.
IFSDG: Three good things about working in
Glasgow?
Christine: Good transport links,
recruitment base and being surrounded by Glaswegians.
IFSDG: What is your biggest business
achievement to date?
Christine: I have been lucky in business
to have achieved success in all the job roles I have had.
Due in part to working with people who have themselves
achieved enormous business success and who have helped me in my
personal growth and development. Working with the team around
me at the moment, I expect CEC growth to become the biggest
achievement in my career.
IFSDG: What is the best investment you
ever made?
Christine: Good Sat-Nav and Car
Phone. Keeps you on the move reliably and safely.
IFSDG: Which business person or company
do you most admire and why?
Christine: I admire any business which
provides good customer service. This is the key to any
successful business and should never be pushed down a list of
priorities.
IFSDG: What did you want to be when you
were a child?
Christine: I wanted to become a
teacher. I have been involved in training in subsequent years
so I suppose I achieved this part way.
IFSDG: What do you do to relax away from
the office?
Christine: Enjoying time with my family
or reading a good book. Either goes well with a nice glass of
wine.

Christine: Suits but look forward to
dress down Friday

Christine: Heels (being vertically
challenged)
