Marc: I founded 360 Sales Solutions in
June this year
IFSDG: How many people work at 360 Sales
Solutions?
Marc: At present we have four employees
and are recruiting five more before the end of the year.
IFSDG: What is the vision for 360
Sales Solutions in Glasgow?
Marc: The vision is to be the go-to
trusted resource for IT, Software and Financial
technology organisations, when they need assistance
with their sales and revenue generation streams.
360 Sales solutions is very different to traditional outsourced
sales organisations. Our highly skilled staff
are trained in sales methodologies and we work on a
consultative basis, alongside existing sales teams,
to maximise sales revenues.
IFSDG: What's a typical day for
you?
Marc: Managing the team
and recruiting takes up a lot of my day. I'm
also working hard on speaking to as many interested companies,
as well as getting our name known in the marketplace. I see us
still being at start-up stage so no two days are the
same!
IFSDG: Why did 360 Sales Solutions choose to
locate in the IFSD in Glasgow?
Marc: When I decided
to launch the business I looked at Glasgow and London.
Glasgow won! The IFSD offers the
perfect location, transport links and to
see the regeneration of the area is amazing after so many
years away from the city.
IFSDG: Three good things about working in
Glasgow?
Marc: The people, being home and the
excellent transport links for staff and clients alike.
IFSDG: What is your biggest business achievement
to date?
Marc: Launching the company and seeing it
grow so rapidly is something I am very proud of.
IFSDG: What is the best investment you ever
made?
Marc: So far, 360 Sales Solutions is
proving to be the best investment.
IFSDG: Which businessperson or company do you most
admire and why?
Marc: I would not say there is one
individual. Organisations are all about teamwork. I love to see
successful teams. However, having had the pleasure of
meeting Michael Dell and Larry Ellison, you can instantly tell why
these guys are successful.
IFSDG: What did you want to be when you were a
child?
Marc: An engineer
IFSDG: What do you do to relax away from the
office?
Marc: Travel and cooking are my two
biggest passions outside work
