Looking forward, the biggest changes to our organisation
in the post Covid era will be .... hybrid working - having
the best of both worlds; the office culture and social aspects vs
avoiding the traffic and reducing our carbon footprint. Also,
online meetings are much more common. As a business we have been
using Zoom since 2015 which made the transition in March 2020 much
easier. Again, this saves on travelling time and has a positive
impact on the environment.
The future vision for our organisation in Glasgow is
.... to continue helping businesses to grow. It is so
fulfilling for us to see businesses grow and the people behind them
achieving their goals. We also plan to continue growing our team as
our team are essential to the support that we provide to our
clients.

My favourite part of Glasgow is .... the West
End with its amazing atmosphere, great bars and restaurants.
The most satisfying thing about my job is ....
working with a team that I am so proud of and what we help our
clients to achieve.
Financial services is a great career choice because
.... there is so much variety and no two days are ever the
same.
The businesspeople I most admire are .... Ken
and Alastair Russell. Given that I started working at R&R back
in September 2000 under their mentorship, I will be forever
grateful to them for everything they have taught me. They have
grown the business from the 70s, nailing challenges along the way
and achieving many accomplishments.
Outside of work, I am passionate about .... my
family and enjoying holidays and weekends together.
My approach to achieving work life balance is
.... currently non-existent. This is something I am still
working on!
First ever job? Working in my Dad's watch and
jewellery repairs shop, serving customers.
Favourite boxset? There's too many - back in
the day I loved 24.
