We collect information about you when you register with us to contact you through our Contact Us facility on the website. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

As part of our distribution effectiveness appraisals, anonymized data is collected via Google Analytics and this sends back non-personalised data information which populates monthly Google Analytics reports as a direct result of user-engagement. No personal data is shared from Google Analytics and therefore no data from the IFSD Programme is shared

We collect information about you so that we can send you a response to any enquiry you make through our Contact Us facility on the website,

We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.

Who do we share your information with?

We are legally obliged to safeguard public funds so we are required to verify and check your details internally for fraud prevention. It also forms part of our requirements in line with our Records Management Plan approved in terms of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011.
