Previse, the fintech firm with offices
in Glasgow, is one of Scotland's best employers for flexible
working, according to leading work life balance charity, Family
Friendly Working Scotland (FFWS).
The charity
organises Scotland's
Top Employers Awards annually to celebrate forward-thinking
employers who understand how flexibility is good for people -
helping them successfully balance work and home life - as well as
for business growth.
Previse won in
the category of Best Small Employer. Other Glasgow based award
winners were Deloitte, Arnold Clark, environmental
consultancy LUC and the charity Kindred Advocacy.
Scott Leishman, Chief
People Officer at Previse said: "We are very pleased
to have our efforts to create a family-friendly working environment
recognised by these awards. Over the next year, we will build on
this validation by launching a new wellness programme for our team
and strengthening our relationship with social enterprise, Auticon
to create tech jobs for autistic adults."
The winners were
announced to an audience of 150 business leaders at WEST Brewery in
Glasgow.
