Planning consent has been granted for the latest addition
to the Skypark business campus.
The Azure Building
will comprise 135,000 sq. ft. of 'Grade A' office accommodation
with an imposing frontage to the Clydeside Expressway. It will be
located adjacent to Skypark 1, with immediate access to all
transport links and leisure facilities, including the new SSE Hydro
venue.
Larger than average light-flooded floorplates, an impressive
entrance lobby and a south-facing landscaped terrace are
complemented by a generous car parking ratio of 1:865, showers and
cycle storage areas.
Mark Holmes, from developer Moorfield Group said: "The building
allows us to offer top-quality, Grade A space at competitive rents,
in an emerging district, adjacent to the City Centre".
Ken Barrett, of joint venture partner, Resonance Capital, said:
"Skypark offers a full concierge service and a multitude of onsite
facilities including a nursery, prescription delivery, dry cleaning
services, as well as fitness classes, art exhibitions, a film
club and regular site socials and shopping for those who want to
play."
The Azure Building is being marketed by joint letting agents,
Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle for occupation by a major tenant
through a pre-let.
