Previse was recently named Digital Service Company of the
Year at Computing's Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2018, in
London.
The awards recognise the achievements of
innovative individuals and companies who are delivering
market-leading technology and providing an exceptional digital
experience for customers.
Previse's entry focused on its unique technology which
enables large buying companies to have even their smallest
suppliers paid instantly.
The company's scalable artificial intelligence technology
flips the standard model of supply chain finance on its head by
shifting the risk assessment away from the supplier's credit
standing to focus instead on the quality of the claim against the
buyer.
Zartasha Chaudhry, Previse's Head of Business Development
(pictured receiving the award) said, "Every year, 50,000 SMEs in
the UK are forced to close due to cashflow issues caused directly
by slow payments. We are transforming B2B trade so that suppliers
of all sizes get paid instantly, unlocking $300 billion globally
which can then be invested in boosting productivity and growing the
world economy."
Last year, London based Previse opened a new development
centre in Glasgow, creating 37 data science jobs.
