Whiteburn and London & Scottish Investments (LSI), have
announced that IWG will open its second Glasgow Spaces
co-working centre in July at RBS' former Glasgow HQ at 100
West George Street.
The building now offers
19,696 sq. ft., across 6 floors with high ceilings, natural light
and new ventilation, modern glass door and window fittings,
all of which create a contemporary, crisp environment.
Richard Morris, UK
CEO of Spaces, said: "We are excited to provide a flexible and
creative working environment with socialising and networking at its
core, in the heart of the dynamic city of Glasgow. This new Spaces
centre will give members an environment in which they can create
and share ideas - and build partnerships through a programme of
business and leisure events."
Glasgow based
businesses and individuals will be able to choose from
offices, meeting rooms and customisable co-working spaces, complete
with payment plans and flexible use.
Agents
JLL, Phil Reid Associates and Knight Frank advised
Whiteburn and L&SI on the letting to Spaces.
Whiteburn & L&SI are currently in discussions with a
number of operators for a newly fitted out restaurant unit on the
ground floor.
