to showcase Scottish capability through brokered 'meet the buyer'
sessions with high profile cyber and ICT security companies
The financial, operational and reputational risk posed to
businesses through Cybercrime is becoming more acute, with the Home
Office estimating the cost to UK industry at £27 Billion last year
alone. The need to protect both the private and public sector
against Cyber attack is driving a rapidly growing market, with
products and services increasingly required to combat a fast paced
threat.
Confirmed companies attending to meet with businesses and
academics include, Finmeccanica Cyber Solutions, IBM Global
Services, Raytheon Cyber Security, Logica, Amor Group, and Dell
SecureWorks.
