Jones Lang LaSalle and Lambert Smith Hampton have been appointed by Telereal Trillium to market the Grade A offices at 3 Atlantic Quay, on the Broomielaw. The available fourth and fifth floors extend to approximately 12,740 and 12,050sq ft respectively and are readily subdivisible. The space will shortly be provided in a fully refurbished condition.
