Jobcentre Plus may not seem the obvious choice for professional sector employers but it is a source of real support to a number of companies already located within the IFSD and those opening for the first time.

Offering a range of services directly and through its partner organisations, the Glasgow city office at 354 Argyle Street is based in the heart of the IFSD, with a focus on employers and vacancy promotion.

A specialist Vacancy Manager supports employers through the whole process, including vacancy advertising, sifting and pre-selection of applicants.  Employers have full use of the Recruitment Suite for interviewing and induction - ideal if new premises aren't ready in time for their recruitment drive.

Jobcentre Plus runs a number of training courses, tailored around skills that an employer might value.  All services are free.
