London Seminar Targets Property Investment

13 Feb 2012

Opportunities to invest in the office market in Glasgow are the main subject of a special seminar in London, being organised by Glasgow City Council and Scottish Enterprise, under the auspices of IFSD.

It's a lunchtime seminar on Wednesday, 29 February 2012 at RICS HQ, just off Parliament Square, London.

Glasgow is now emerging as one of the UK's most attractive areas for inward investment from developers and investors.

The IFSD has attracted 15,500 net new financial and business services jobs and over £1 billion of investment, helping the city enter the Top Ten European Financial Centres.

Those attending will find out more about Glasgow's recent outstanding economic performance and, in particular, its resilience over the past three years and exciting plans for the future development of Glasgow's economy, presented by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce.

There's also a detailed analysis of Glasgow's office market, including future demand trends, from Lambert Smith Hampton and CBRE and more details on the practical support available to inward investors.

A limited number of places remain available. Register interest in attending, by e-mailing to event coordinator, elizabeth.steel@budgepr.com or contact her on Tel: 0141 553 1115.

This event is supported by UK Property Professionals www.ukpropertyprofessionals.com
