Glasgow's iconic Grosvenor Building has been totally refurbished
and re-launched.
Located on Gordon Street, on the edge of the IFSD, opposite
Central Station, the Grosvenor has undergone a £3 million
refurbishment by owners Ignis. The building now offers 50,083 sq ft
of flexible open plan offices over six levels, plus 29 car parking
spaces.
George Shaw, Investment Director at Ignis Real Estate said:
"Grosvenor is a magnificent Glasgow building and we firmly believe
that the dynamics of the Glasgow market remain positive and justify
our investment in this asset."
Hidden behind the classic Alexander 'Greek' Thomson facade now
lies a stylish Grade A addition to Glasgow's office
market.
Campbell Hart, agency partner with King Sturge said "Grosvenor's
greatest asset is its locational sustainability - the time saving
benefits of instant access to the mass transit network and the
diversity of facilities the city centre offers management and
staff."
Grosvenor is well placed to accommodate customers - for floors
of circa 8,500 sq ft, and more particularly, larger requirements of
circa 25,000 sq ft and up to 50,000 sq ft on a sole occupancy
basis. King Sturge and GVA are joint letting agents.
