The corporate social responsibility project I am most
proud of at MCM is … our use of technology to provide a
hybrid working model, thus significantly reducing the office carbon
footprint and assisting a better work/life balance for staff.
The misconception about my role/sector I would most like
to change is … that lawyers are often considered very
combative. While that can be required, we exist, in the main,
to assist clients to reach a suitable resolution in any legal
issue.
The career achievement I am most proud of is …
setting up the firm in the middle of a global pandemic and
providing a platform for professionals to thrive in their
careers.
The most important career advice I would give to my
younger self is … not to do what everyone else does, just
because that is how it has always been done.
My favourite part of Glasgow is … Panang in St.
Vincent Street - just can't get enough of the Thai street food.
The city around the world that reminds me most of
Glasgow is … Newcastle; very similar people, culture
and architecture.
Outside of work, I am passionate about …
grassroots sport.

boy and the most valuable lesson I learned doing it was … an early
