Daniel: To launch the careers of 200 graduate
and ex-forces IT and Business professionals this year and double
that next year.
IFSDG: What's a typical day for you?
Daniel: Arrive at 8 with a plan and by 8.30
everything I intended to do gets shelved and I don't stop until I
get home at 7.30pm
IFSDG: Why did FDM Group choose to locate in the
IFSD in Glasgow?
Daniel: Our client base is predominantly
Financial, Banking and Insurance Companies, however, we also work
with Technology and Pharmaceutical companies as well.
IFSDG: Three good things about working
in Glasgow?
Daniel: The people, The food, The weather!
IFSDG: What is your biggest business achievement
to date?
Daniel: Personally helping 50+ people start
their careers in England and Scotland over my short time in the
seat.
IFSDG: What is the best investment you ever
made?
Daniel: My time and effort
IFSDG: Which businessperson or company do you most
admire and why?
Daniel: Branson. He makes everything fun, and
the people who work for him look happy and enjoy their jobs. That
is essential.
IFSDG: What did you want to be when you were a
child?
Daniel: A rock star.
IFSDG: What do you do to relax away from the
office?
Daniel: Currently, exploring the Munroes with
my girlfriend at the weekends.

Daniel: i-phone every time, but to be fair I do
get annoyed when they change the plugs.

Daniel: The Pixies
