Founder, British Youth International College (BYITC)

The most satisfying thing about my job is ... making children confident in mathematics. There is a myth that kids think that maths is difficult and boring. It is not the subject that's dull but the way it is taught.

The corporate social responsibility project I am most proud of is ... training school children on "Safe use of Internet" under our CSR initiative, the 'Cyber Awareness Competition'.

Education sector is a great career choice because ... you are part of a community which is building the foundation for a better future for young people everywhere.

The career achievement I am most proud of ... is taking BYITC into the global market by astute use of the Internet and providing education to students all over the world.

The three best things about working in Glasgow are .... Friendly People, Good work culture and Punctuality.

My favourite part of Glasgow is .... Great Western Road, because it takes you to Loch Lomond and out into the West Highlands - It is incredibly beautiful.

Outside of work, I am passionate about... going to the gym and walking as much as possible.

My best tip to achieve a better work/life balance is ... Setting up a routine and sticking to it.

The businessperson I most admire is ... Ratan Tata, Owner of Range Rover/Jaguar, since his TATA group donates 60% of its earnings to charitable causes.

Favourite boxset? A boxset of books rather than of a TV series.

Favourite author? William Shakespeare

Favourite holiday destination? My hometown, Pushkar, in the centre-east part of Rajasthan, India.

And, finally, what three words best sum you up? Humble, Determined and Hardworking.
